Knitting and Stitching Show London 2010
I won the opportunity to exhibit at The Knitting and Stitching Show held at Alexandra Palace at the beginning of October, courtesy of the lovely ladies at Craft Guerrilla.
Before this I had never exhibited at a craft-focused event, with only a pair of vintage fairs to my name. I was hoping the show would be a great platform to showcase my work.
I was utterly overwhelmed with the feedback I received, from babies to 92 year olds, and was particularly touched when, having seen my work, many people ended up sitting down to recount some of their memories.
I met some lovely fellow designers at the show, and feel extremely grateful to everyone I met for making it such a wonderful four days.
